The rules are the same as always – win Matchmade Online Games with a Legend to unlock the Art Deco Colors for them. Win with each of the 65 Legends to unlock the Art Deco Colors for all future Legends!

Track your progress toward the Art Deco All Legends Colors in the top right of the Brawlhalla Fest ‘25 Event Center.

Ascended Nix

In addition to the free rewards, we’re introducing the first of many of a new kind of Brawlhalla offering: Ascended Legends. Of course we had to kick it off with Nix to celebrate her starring role in the graphic novel!

Ascended Legends are their final forms, the ultimate embodiment of their archetypes as history’s greatest warriors, with everything you need to embody this ascended form.

Ascended Nix includes the first ever non-crossover Mythic tier Skin. Nix wears armor inspired by her trusty steed, the Skele-Dragon-Horse Lucy. This means she’s got custom animated hair, cape, & Weapon Skins, Visual FX and Sound swaps for her Light and Signature Attacks, a custom lock-in animation, and a roster portrait swap featuring her splash art.

But that’s not all! Ascended Nix also includes a Trail Effect: Soul Blast. This new effect will show a bunch of wayward souls any time Ascended Nix deals enough damage to leave what usually would display as a smoke trail.

Completing the kit for the ultimate reaper is a new KO Effect: No Escape, animated Sidekick: Lucy, and Emoji Skin: Nix Nervous Laugh inspired by a panel from Brawlhalla Tales: Nix.

Nix is the Ascended Legend being released as part of Brawlhalla Fest 2025, but many more Legends will get the Ascended treatment in the future.

Ascended Nix Includes:

  • Ascended Nix – Mythic Skin
  • Soul Blast – Trail Effect
  • No Escape – KO Effect
  • Lucy – Animated Sidekick
  • Nix Nervous Laugh – Emoji Skin

Choose Your Destiny Bundle

Will Nix join Brynn’s noble cause, or make a fateful deal with Cross? While we wait to see which path she takes, we’re giving the biggest ever bundle discount on these Brynn and Cross cosmetics.

Choose Your Destiny Bundle Includes:

  • Fallen Brynn – Skin
  • Devil Cross – Skin
  • Brynnadoodle – Avatar
  • Crossadoodle – Avatar
  • Brynn BRB – Emoji Skin

Introducing a new Lava Hazard Map also seen in the Graphic Novel: the Old Ivaldi Mine! Brawl atop a single platform of an old mine cart track and avoid falling into the lava below. This will be the backdrop of the new Brawl of the Week – Dwarven Duel! ⛏️💎

This Map is also available in the Experimental 1v1 queue and Custom Lobbies.

Prove you can withstand the harsh conditions of the Fighting Pit built inside the old mine! The Ivaldi’s dice roll will determine the hazard in this 3 minute 1v1 match. Score 2 points for every KO and lose 1 point for being KO’d. The brawler with the most points wins!

  • New Map: Old Ivaldi Mine
  • Dice & Destruction Mode
  • 1v1

This patch contains adjustments for the Chakram in the lead-up to the Mid Season Championship at CEO. These changes further widen gaps in follow-up attacks for the Split mode, leaving the weapon to rely on its maneuverability on hit to mix-up opponents rather than any actual frame advantage. We have also reined in certain attacks that allowed a large degree of movement that would contribute to early vertical knockouts.

The Chakram Fused Down Light now has greater Recover time on miss for greater risk when attempting to switch to the Split mode during the neutral game.

The Chakram Split Neutral Air now has less Stun, resulting in neutral frame advantage on hit where the user and target become actionable at the same exact time. This creates a significantly larger opportunity in which the target can evade or retaliate.

The Chakram Fused Down Air now has less allowed acceleration in the backwards direction for easier retaliation against this attack. The far grounded version now descends to the ground on hit and miss to allow a greater opportunity to punish this attack, with greater Recover time on hit to provide the required time for this movement and to widen the Dodge Window at low damage.

We have increased the Time to Hit for the Chakram Split Down Air to allow more attacks to contest this option in neutral situations. We have also reduced the amount of allowed acceleration for easier opportunities to evade or punish this attack. The final Stun has been decreased and Recover time on hit has been increased for the aerial version, resulting in neutral frame advantage on hit. The far grounded version now descends to the ground on hit and miss, with greater Recover time in both cases to provide the required time for this movement and to significantly widen the following Dodge Window. The close grounded version also has slightly greater Recover time on miss for more appropriate risk across this attack.

The Chakram Fused Recovery now has less acceleration in the backwards direction for easier opportunities to evade or punish this attack.

The Chakram Split Recovery now has greater Time to Hit to allow more attacks to contest this option in neutral situations. We have decreased the amount of allowed acceleration to make this attack easier to evade or punish. We have reduced the travel distance which decreases the knockout power of this attack and also makes it easier to evade or punish. It also now has less threat coverage, making it easier to evade or contest this attack. We have decreased the Stun, resulting in neutral frame advantage on hit at low damage, providing greater opportunity to evade or contest follow-up attacks. We have also increased the Recover time on miss for an even greater opportunity to punish reckless use of this attack.

  • Chakram Fused Down Light: Increased total Recover time on miss from 11 Fixed/10 Variable to 15 Fixed/14 Variable.
  • Chakram Split Neutral Air: Decreased final Stun from a range of 23~19 to a range of 16~12.
  • Chakram Fused Down Air: Slightly decreased the amount of allowed acceleration in the backwards direction; Descends to the ground during Recover time on hit and miss for the far grounded version; Increased total Recover time on hit for the far grounded version from 8 Fixed/7 Variable to 12 Fixed/7 Variable.
  • Chakram Split Down Air: Increased Time to Hit from 12 to 13; Decreased the amount of allowed acceleration, especially in the backwards direction; Decreased final Stun of the aerial version from a range of 17~16 to a range of 14~13; Increased total Recover time on hit for the aerial version from 3 Fixed/11 Variable to 6 Fixed/11 Variable; Increased total Recover time on hit for the far grounded version from 4 Fixed/11 Variable to 9 Fixed/11 Variable; Increased total Recover time on miss for the aerial version from 3 Fixed/11 Variable to 11 Fixed/11 Variable; Increased total Recover time on miss for the far grounded version from 4 Fixed/11 Variable to 10 Fixed/11 Variable; Increased total Recover time on miss for the close grounded version from 8 Fixed/11 Variable to 10 Fixed/11 Variable.
  • Chakram Fused Recovery: Decreased the amount of allowed acceleration in the backwards direction.
  • Chakram Split Recovery: Increased Time to Hit from 11 to 13; Significantly reduced the amount of allowed acceleration in the backwards direction; Greatly reduced travel distance; Significantly decreased threat coverage at the rear of the attack and decreased threat coverage at the other edges of the attack; Decreased final Stun from 21 to 17; Increased total Recover time on miss from 5 Fixed/15 Variable to 8 Fixed/15 Variable.
