New World Championship 2020 Details:

  • AUS/SEA power ranking qualifier amount increased from 1 player to 8 players.
  • SA power ranking qualifier amount increased from 4 players to 15 players.
  • NA/EU power ranking qualifier amount increased from 10 players to 31 players.
  • World Championship Finals becomes an online invitational tournament.
  • Qualified players are invited to compete in the World Champinoship FInals and are not permitted to compete in the World Championship LCQs (NA/EU/SA).
  • World Championship LCQ (Last Chance Qualifier) tournaments for NA/EU/SA, winner gets invited to the Finals.
  • Payouts to Top 39 of SA, Top 43 of NA/EU
  • $60,000 NA/EU ($30,000 per bracket, 1v1 and 2v2)
  • $40,000 SA ($20,000 per bracket, 1v1 and 2v2)
  • $20,000 AUS/SEA ($10,000 per bracket, 1v1 and 2v2)
